It is the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up and the 30th anniversary of dongguan's withdrawal from the county and establishment of the city. Guangdong Southern Hongming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. also ushered in the 30th anniversary. We gather together in the beautiful Newton Industrial Park, Wangniudun Town, to hold a simple and grand "hongming Technology 30th Anniversary and 2019 New Year's Party". First of all, please allow me, on behalf of the management of the company, to express my heartfelt thanks and high respect to all the guests, leaders, experts, friends and partners who have been caring and supporting the development of the company for a long time. In the past 30 years, I would like to express my cordial greetings and sincere thanks to all the constructors who have worked hard and selflessly for hongming Technology family, as well as the family members of employees who have silently supported us behind the scenes. In the past 30 years, under the leadership, supervision and support of the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors and the board of Supervisors, the company has undertaken the mission of "revitalizing the basic components of Our country", and all the staff have been working together, bravely standing on the market economic tide, overcoming difficulties and moving forward, and the company has achieved good economic and social benefits. In the past 30 years, the company has produced and sold more than 60 billion ceramic chips, capacitors, varistors and thermistors, which have been applied to about 5 billion electronic machines. The products have gone to the world, flew to the space and entered thousands of homes. "Southern Hongming", "SHM" trademark has become the industry famous brand, famous trademark, this is the pride of our hongming people! We sigh: thirty years of hard work day and night, not in vain!

Look back at the past 30 years, ups and downs. Chairman Deng often said that the growth history of Hongming Technology Company is the epitome of China's reform and opening up for decades, witnessing the development of electronic information industry and economic and social changes; My colleagues said that we could write a best-selling novel "Hongming Chunqiu" based on our company to describe the struggles of Small and medium-sized Enterprises in China, so as to earn some money and add some family expenses. Indeed, hongming technology company for thirty years, can be summed up in three words ---- "not easy"! In the past 30 years, Hongming people started from zero and experienced many not easy. ...

Of course, these many "not easy", and we did not beat, beat prone. From another point of view, these difficulties temper us, temper our will and faith, temper our great people's indomitable character! These difficulties are the growth of a great enterprise must go through! We treated them calmly. Real people grow stronger and stronger when they are down, and the more difficulties they face, the more confident they become. We fought back, broke out of the trough and mire, and created one brilliant miracle after another. In the early 1990s, our "one braiding continuous production mode" broke the industry fallacy that "only two braiding can meet the automatic inserting requirements of the whole machine"; At the end of 1990s, we independently developed and produced semiconductor ceramic dielectric container chips and their production methods broke the foreign monopoly and technological blockade, and the construction of industrialization projects improved the overall strength of the company. In 2002, we took the lead in promoting CP line to replace CU line in the field of ceramic capacitors worldwide, which reduced the manufacturing cost. In 2003, we took the lead in the implementation of lead-free welding and spot welding technology in China's ceramic capacitor industry, which solved the industry's problems and realized green and clean production. We were the first to take the initiative in the industry and once became the industry model and benchmark. In 2010, the rapid development of plasma TV and the expansion of the demand for ultra-high voltage capacitors, the company invested in a new Branch of Wangniudun, expanding the capacity of high voltage and safety capacitor; The construction of Wangniudun branch factory is a forward-looking preparation for the relocation of Zhouxi housing lease due to its expiration in 2012. In recent years, our sales revenue continues to grow, the level of profitability significantly improved, the right culture has been recognized and practiced by everyone, the enterprise to the direction of physical development.

Dear leaders, guests and colleagues, over the past 30 years, Hongming Technology has been able to overcome all the difficulties and live a strong and happy life, thanks to your efforts, support and encouragement. We celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the company, is not to forget the past, not ingratitude, gratitude, pass on the torch; It is to carry forward the enterprise culture of "people-oriented enterprise management, staff dedicated to work, shareholders, society and staff three values coordinated and upward, harmonious and happy enterprise", carry forward hongming people's spirit of perseverance, courage to take responsibility, dedication and dedication, the pursuit of excellence.
