In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and become the third batch of pilot enterprises for the construction and reform of industrial work teams in Dongguan, we aim to promote the skill improvement of industrial workers through competitions and strive to deepen and implement the work of industrial reform. This will motivate employees to actively contribute to the new era with a leading attitude, improve their skill level, cultivate high-quality skilled talents, and enhance the comprehensive strength of the enterprise. On October 25th, the 2024 Wangniudun Town Federation of Trade Unions Electronic Component Production Process Labor Skills Competition, sponsored by the Wangniudun Town Federation of Trade Unions in Dongguan City, co organized by the Hengli Village Committee of Wangniudun Town in Dongguan City, and hosted by Hongming Technology, was held as scheduled in our production workshop. 31 contestants participated in this competition, all of whom were frontline production workers of our company. Liu Yingji, Vice Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, Chen Qingqi, Secretary of the Hengli Village Party Committee, Yu Zhifeng, Chairman of the Hongming Technology Company Trade Union, and others attended the event.

Liu Yingji, Vice Chairman of the Town Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech for this competition, stating that it is of great significance for promoting the reform of industrial worker team construction, improving the skill level of employees, building a skilled talent team, and promoting the sustainable development of our town's economy and society. I hope that the contestants can fully utilize their skills and talents, adhere to the principle of "friendship first, competition second", and devote themselves to the competition with full enthusiasm and high fighting spirit.

There are three competition projects in this competition, namely blank placement, three in one tape repair, and sheet pressure test. The judges will evaluate and score based on production efficiency, product quality, and operating standards. Before the competition, the contestants were in their respective positions and ready to take off; During the competition, with skillful movements and racing against time, after multiple rounds of intense competition, the final winner of the first prize, three second prizes, and six third prizes were determined. At the same time, the first prize winner was also awarded the honorary title of "Dongguan Workers' Technical Model" by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Subsequently, the leaders presented honor certificates and bonuses to the award-winning contestants, and took a group photo as a souvenir.

Through this skills competition, we aim to stimulate and mobilize the work enthusiasm and creativity of all employees in the company, create a good atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing", continuously improve the work quality of employees, enhance their work skills, vigorously promote the talent environment of the company that is "people-oriented, dedicated, value consistent, harmonious and happy", create a loving and dedicated atmosphere, motivate employees to strive for excellence, promote the acceleration of high-quality development of the company, and contribute to the economic development of Wangniudun Town.
