The joint labor union of the company branch held the first phase of the "versatile worker" training competition for key positions in various factories (workshops) from December 2022 to March 2023.

The activity received strong support from the company and relevant department leaders, and employees from various factories (workshops) actively participated. In April 2023, the participating employees were evaluated and evaluated through a "theory+on-site practice" approach. The units that completed the assessment indicators in this "multi skilled worker" training competition were: finished factory B1, finished product factory B2-4, and sheet workshop. 58 employees were awarded the title of multi skilled worker.

On June 8-9, 2023, the company awarded awards to award-winning units and individuals based on actual production conditions. General Manager and Branch Secretary Zhao Junbin stated that the cultivation of versatile workers has a long way to go. Currently, the cultivation of "versatile workers" in key positions in various factories (workshops) is only the first step in talent cultivation. In the future, the company will continue to carry out similar activities, with a focus on cultivating versatile workers across departments and actively building a gold medal team leader, Promote Lean manufacturing management and improve management level; Implement a rotation system, optimize the human resource structure, reshape organizational creativity, and promote the improvement of company efficiency.
